BSN direct admit student Tarrah Stranger is ready to Regatta!
Dr. Jamie Ann Rausch, assistant professor at IU School of Nursing in Fort Wayne, is exploring the biological links between inflammation and heart failure. Her research focuses on leptin and adiponectin, two hormones with opposing effects on inflammation, and their combined influence on chronic disease risks. By analyzing the leptin-to-adiponectin ratio, she aims to uncover early indicators of inflammation in heart failure patients.
