Giving the gift of nursing for generations

As a graduate of the IU School of Nursing, you are part of a proud tradition of nursing excellence that dates back more than 100 years. And with your help, we can ensure that the school remains a leader in nursing education and research for centuries to come.

When you get involved as an alumni—such as by becoming a preceptor—you are not only helping a future nurse, you’re helping the countless patients they will see in their career, too.

Generation to generation

When May 2019 graduate Mary Jancovich earned her BSN from the School of Nursing on the Bloomington campus, she became a third generation IU nursing grad – following in the footsteps of her Mom, Cheryl, and her Grandmother, Sylvia.

Congratulations IU School of Nursing Class of 2023!

The IU School of Nursing commemorative pin symbolizes our graduating seniors’ entry into the nursing profession. The pins were provided this year through a generous gift from IU Health Bloomington.

We thank IU Health for believing in our students and for their support of the next generation of IU nurses.
