The Dotaline E. Allen Scholarship was established in 1966 by multiple donors in honor of Dr. Dotaline E. Allen, Director of the Division of Nursing Education at Indiana University, from 1950 to 1965.

The Dr. Anita Aldrich Nursing Scholarship was established in 2013 by an estate gift from Dr. Anita Aldrich. In Dr. Aldrich's decades as an IU faculty member, she established a pattern of being the first woman to serve in many capacities at the university and in the community. She was a professor of education in the School of Health, Physical Education and Recreation (HPER), where she served as Chair of Women's Physical Education, then chair of the combined departments of Physical Education for men and women, and also as Dean of the School of HPER from 1975-76.  Dr. Aldrich served outside the university as the women's advisor to President Kennedy's Council for Physical Fitness in 1961, and as the National President of the American Association for HPER, 1962-63. Throughout her long career, she was recognized with state and national awards for her service and contributions to health and physical education.

The Dr. Cheryl A. Bean Graduate Nursing Scholarship was established in tribute to Dr. Bean's dedication to the nursing profession, her students, and IU School of Nursing where she served as a faculty member. This scholarship was created in Dr. Bean's memory by her loving sister and brother-in-law, Sharon and Walter Neiser.

The Dr. Joyce Splann Krothe Nursing Scholarship was established by Dr. Joyce Splann Krothe. Dr. Krothe is a two-time graduate of IU School of Nursing having obtained her MSN in community health nursing in 1982 and her PhD in 1991. She is a Emerita Professor after working at the School of Nursing on the Bloomington campus for 34 years, the last 10 serving as Assistant Dean. Dr. Krothe wishes to support future nursing students who are first generation college students as she was when she received scholarship support while attending Columbia University in New York City.

The Ebacher Fellowship was established by an estate gift from Donald and Joan Ebacher. Proud alumni of IU School of Nursing, Donald received his Master's of Nursing Education in 1962 and Joan received her MSN in Adult Psychiatric Nursing in 1989.

The Elizabeth Engeler-Hiestand Nursing Scholarship was established by Elizabeth Hiestand. Elizabeth is a retired clinical social worker and worked in health care for 35 years. She worked in management for the last 20 years with oversight of nurses. Elizabeth grew up in Fort Wayne, Indiana, and values supporting students.

The Emily Holmquist/Dorcas Rock Brewer BSN Scholarship was established by the BSN Class of 1961 in honor of Dean Emily Holmquist (1957-1973) and Dorcas Rock Brewer, Director of Counseling and Student Affairs (1955-1963) to recognize in perpetuity their gratitude to these two women who served as role models and provided outstanding support to the class during their years as nursing students. The BSN Class of 1961 commemorated their 50th reunion in perpetuity through this scholarship by supporting future generations of BSN students. This scholarship is awarded to a rising senior who has overcome challenging circumstances to reach this point in nursing education. The recipient has also demonstrated leadership qualities, professionalism, and clinical excellence.

The Esther Fulk Ross Scholarship was established in 1989 by Mary Fulk Kopsch, a graduate of IU School of Nursing in 1948, and Dr. Paul J. Kopsch to recognize and honor Mary's sister, Esther Fulk Ross. Esther graduated from IU School of Nursing in 1946.

The Florence Nightingale Scholarship was originally established in 1960 from the Nurses' Alumnae Association Loan Fund. This has become the primary scholarship fund benefiting students at Indiana University School of Nursing.
