Biography
Joa’Quinn Griffin joined the IU School of Nursing in February 2025 as Director of Development. Prior to this role, he served as an Annual Giving Officer and Coordinator for Indianapolis & Regional Campuses at the Indiana University Foundation, where he supported eight IU campuses and collaborated with more than 45 university units toward a $17.5 million annual fundraising goal.
He previously held leadership roles in community and advocacy organizations, including Executive Director of the Association of Big Ten Students, representing over 500,000 students across the Big Ten Conference.
Joa’Quinn earned a Certificate in Basic Emergency Studies from Ivy Tech Community College and a Bachelor of Science in Public Affairs from the O’Neill School at IU Bloomington. He is currently pursuing a Master of Public Affairs at the O’Neill School at IU Indianapolis. Joa’Quinn is a Certified Nonprofit Professional (CNP) through the Nonprofit Leadership Alliance and an active member of the National Coalition of Dialogue & Deliberation (NCDD).
