Researchers seek to understanding how individuals learn best in the context of nursing practice and developing effective strategies to educate and train future nurses. Nursing education science encompasses curriculum development, instructional methods, assessment techniques, and technology integration in education.

Catalyst for change in The Kingdom of Eswatini

Dr. Bethany Murray, a clinical assistant professor at the IU School of Nursing, is partnering with key stakeholders in nursing education and hospital-based care to develop an evaluation plan for The Kingdom of Eswatini's newly adopted system for licensing nurses.
