Biography
Kim Hodges serves as a Clinical Assistant Professor at Indiana University School of Nursing in Indianapolis and the Magnet Program Coordinator for IU Health Bloomington Hospital. She holds 10 years of healthcare leadership experience at Indiana University Health, most recently as Regional Director of Nursing Professional Development for the South Central Region. Kim is a 2020 American Organization for Nursing Leadership Nurse Director Fellow and is board certified as a Nurse Executive and in Nursing Professional Development. Kim holds 19 years of clinical and leadership experience in nursing professional development, maternal-newborn, neonatal intensive care and pediatric intensive care environments. She holds a Doctorate in Nursing Practice from Purdue University, Master of Science degree in Nursing Administration from Indiana University and Bachelor of Nursing Science degree from Indiana University. Kim is a published author and has presented at international conferences and national conferences in the US. In 2018, she completed a Fellowship in Clinical Ethics with the Charles Warren Fairbanks Center for Medical Ethics.
